How to increase your attention span?
10 minutes to 1 hour
If you are experiencing:
Trouble reading long texts
Difficulty managing time
Feelings of agitation, fidgeting, or the need to be constantly moving or stimulated.
Getting distracted easily
Often zoning out or daydreaming during conversations or activities.
You have a short attention span.

At first, I couldn't concentrate on a small task for 10 minutes. My brain was constantly looking for a distraction or dopamine. Now I can easily sit for 2 hours and make a video, complete a task like writing this email, etc.
I'll tell you how I did it with full transparency.
Start with the basics.
The attention span is like a muscle. If you exercise that muscle, it's going to get tired and the next morning it's going to be stronger.
So it is a limited resource. It has a daily limit.
For most people the limit of deep working is 2 or 3 hours.
My advice is to set a timer. I recommend Pomodoro apps.
When you start to get distracted, try to focus. At that time, I could only focus for 10 minutes. And I tried to focus. It was so hard. By doing this every day, I increased my attention span to 1 hour.
Other things I do:
Eat without youtube. Don’t think anything else. Just eat the food.
No podcast in gym.
Go to bathroom without your phone.
Only do one thing at a time.
Meditate. Close your eyes and try to not think.
I hope this helps you. See you next week.
